Learn how to safely strengthen your abdominal muscles to maintain good posture during pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga is safe and can have many positive benefits, including improved sleep, reduced anxiety, increased strength & flexibility, decreased lower back pain and more! All levels and abilities welcome. No prior Yoga experience necessary.

Join other expecting mothers for an hour of yoga specifically focused on the needs of pregnant women. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Yoga can also help mothers develop proper breathing techniques that can be used in labor and delivery.
