Plant-Powered Eating for Optimal Health Lecture
Plant-based diets have been associated with a variety of health benefits including healthy weight, optimal health and longevity. This lecture will provide current research relating to plant-based diets, defines what a plant-based diet really is, and will help develop strategies for implementing plant-based eating.

Coming to Small Group Training April 2019: Aquatic High Intensity Interval Training. Total body workout designed to improve power, strength, speed and cardio endurance. No swimming skills required.
Boxing: Fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.
Chisel: Full body barbell work out with no cardio.
Circuit Row: Full body circuit style training based around rowing. Body toning, muscle strengthening.
Obstacle Course Training: A fun, full-body workout geared toward those participating in day-long obstacle course events. Power TRX A mix of TRX and weightlifting. Core and stability benefits of TRX, along with building lean, tone muscle with free weights.
TRX: A full body suspension work out with a focus on core strength utilizing body weight only. Unless otherwise noted, all of the above sessions are open to all fitness levels.
