Through gentle movements, stretching and focused breathing exercises, this class provides a peaceful sanctuary where participants can rejuvenate their minds and cultivate a sense of calm. Instructor Trish Turo, is a brain health researcher, coach, yoga teacher and healthy habit expert.

Full Court Fundamentals with TNBA is a youth basketball skills program designed to help young athletes improve their basketball fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will focus on essential skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, defense and footwork through engaging drills and games. This course is for all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced players looking to refine their technique. Led by experienced coaches from the National Basketball Academy, the program emphasizes teamwork, personal growth and confidence building.

A hands-on metal wire bending workshop.
This hands-on workshop is for adults and teens. Koby will explain the basics of his manual metal wire bending technique, including how to make connections and ways to create using pliers and a wire cutter. Each participant will construct their wire creation using the workshop theme of Home. What is a home for you? Pick one item that reminds you of home. Maybe it’s a figure? Or an abstract idea? All artistic skill levels are welcome. This event is made possible by support from @akiva.

A rodeo-themed kids night out program with fun Wild West activities, crafts and snacks.
Saddle up for a rip-roarin' good time at J-Kids Rodeo Roundup Kids' Night Out. The evening will include country line dancing, lasso skills with a fun roping station, horseshoe toss and stick-horse races. Swing by our craft corral to make your very own sheriff's badge or decorate a cowboy hat to take home. Themed snacks are included. This is a drop-off event so parents can enjoy a date night.

The program caters to beginner skill levels and is led by experienced coaches from the National Basketball Academy. This MLK Jr. Day, give your kids a day full of fun and adventure at our special school's out program. Your child will enjoy a day packed with activities. They’ll make a splash in the pool during our swim session, unleash their creativity in vibrant arts and crafts projects, and burn off energy in action-packed sports games. Whether they’re creating masterpieces, competing in friendly sports, or splashing around with friends, there’s something for every child to enjoy. AM care and PM care are available for an additional cost.

A six-week program for adults interested in losing weight and feeling better.
The J's annual Weight Loss Challenge is for members ages 18 and over who want to firm up their body, lose weight and feel better overall. Participants get six weeks of continuous motivation and support from Rich Zatta, director of fitness, plus special group fitness classes and guidance from a University Hospital dietician. Participants will have access to an Expresso Bike Challenge and personal training special offers. Cash prizes are awarded to men and women who lose the highest percentage of weight.

An introductory self-defense class for youths.
Krav Maga is a self-defense system that originated in Israel and is known for its focus on real-world situations. The name translates to "contact combat" in Hebrew. The self-defense system uses elements from wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai and jujitsu. This introductory self-defense class, led by Master Maranganti of Krav Maga Cleveland is principle based and will focus on aspects of self-defense, in a fun, safe, controlled environment for children. Students will focus on learning basic strikes and defenses through skill coaching and interactive games. For youths in grades 3rd-6th.
