Basketball Evaluations • Jan 19 at 2 pm
Teens interested in playing on the basketball team for the Summer 2025 Maccabi Games are required to attend evaluations. No reservation needed. Just show up to Mandel JCC with your photo ID.
About The JCC Maccabi Games
A program of the Jewish Community Center Association (JCCA), the games bring together thousands of Jewish teens for several days of competition. It is a unique opportunity to come together in the name of sportsmanship while experiencing many of the Jewish values such as compassion, giving and life experiences.
Participating in the JCC Maccabi Games is the opportunity of a lifetime. Teens not only build new connections with local peers, they also create new friendships with other Jewish youth from around the world.
Who Can Participate in 2025
The Cleveland Delegation is looking for teens who want to share their love for a sport, unity and sportsmanship with other teens from around the country and beyond.
- You do not need to be a member of Mandel JCC. Your registration includes a membership from March 1 through July 1.
- You must have one parent who is Jewish and are being raised Jewish.
- You must be at least 13 years old on July 27 and not older than 17 years old on August 8.
- If you are interested in basketball, you must attend the evaluations on January 19 at 2 p.m.
