A hands-on class that teaches safe practices for participants to defend themselves.

This course will teach safe practices to protect yourself in dangerous situations and promote confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. The curriculum includes boxing and kickboxing techniques focusing on proper stance, striking and movement. This is a hands-on learning experience with partner drilling. The instructor has over 15 years of boxing and kickboxing training and in-ring experience. He has trained and trained with professional MMA fighters, boxers, kick boxers and UFC fighters.

Saddle up for a rip-roarin' good time at J-Kids Rodeo Roundup Kids' Night Out. The evening will include country line dancing, lasso skills with a fun roping station, horseshoe toss and stick-horse races. Swing by our craft corral to make your very own sheriff's badge or decorate a cowboy hat to take home. Themed snacks are included. This is a drop-off event so parents can enjoy a date night.

Students will rehearse for a showcase featuring musical numbers and speaking lines for each participant.
