Personal Training at The J

We offer one-on-one packages or training in semi-private groups with up to three people. A Certified Personal Trainer will meet with you to review your exercise history, discuss health and fitness goals, and outline a plan with you to accomplish your goals. You will then get a bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) with an InBody scan that provides a detailed body composition analysis.

Boxing Fundamentals and Self Defense

The J's Certified Personal Training Kevin Faraci teaches safe practices to protect yourself in dangerous situations and promote confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. The curriculum includes boxing and kickboxing techniques focusing on proper stance, striking and movement. This hands-on learning experience is ideal for men and women and includes partner drilling.

Get in The Zone

The J’s RecoveryZone is a self-serve room with restorative equipment that supports physical and mental recovery.

InBody 570 Scan

Get a detailed look at your body composition. This includes muscle mass, body fat percentage, and total body water. Each scan provides a personal ID code so you can track your progress over time.

Your InBody Experience

A certified InBody specialist will guide you through your results and answer questions. Scans take just 5–15 minutes and are recommended every few months to monitor changes and progress.
