Working out in a group setting is not only more fun, but research shows that group exercise can be more motivating to work harder, increases overall mood and lower stress 26% more than exercising alone.
Group Fitness Classes
The J offers more than 40 exercise formats in our studios and pool with classes offered seven days a week. From Boxing Boot Camp and Cycle Spin to Low Impact Cardio and Weights to Barre and Yoga, you will always find a class that helps your mind and body.
In addition to the more than 70 weekly in-person studio group exercise classes, members can access 2,000 recorded classes for an at-home workout on their schedule.
Women's Functional Training with Ronly Omer
The J has teamed up with group fitness instructor Ronly Omer on a functional training program designed specifically for women. Through fun, creative exercises and routines, you’ll build strength, improve endurance, enhance mobility and challenge your body in ways that will transform you.
Classes are offered three times a week, and monthly packages are offered for one, two or three days per week.
Boxing Fundamentals and Self Defense
The J's Certified Personal Training Kevin Faraci teaches safe practices to protect yourself in dangerous situations and promote confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. The curriculum includes boxing and kickboxing techniques focusing on proper stance, striking and movement.
This hands-on learning experience is ideal for men and women and includes partner drilling.

2. All upcoming classes will appear. The dropdown arrow on the far right provides a class description.
3. Search for specific class formats by clicking the Schedule Type using the dropdown arrow.

4. Under “Select Location” choose “Building” for studio group classes or “Indoor Pool” for water aerobics.
5. Under “Category” choose “All Schedule Types” to see all classes scheduled for the week or pick the format using the dropdown arrow.
6. Hit the blue “Download PDF Schedule” button.
