The J has everything you need for fitness and wellness with all of your favorite workouts and youth fitness activities under one roof. We take a comprehensive body and mind approach with all of our programs. Our team has degrees, certifications and expertise in a broad scope of areas including physical therapy, exercise science, sports medicine, nutrition and dietetics, water sports, exercise physiology and sports injury, safety and recovery.
Family Friendly
- With Kid Kare babysitting, members can work out worry-free daily from 8 am to noon. Enroll Here.
- Dedicated time is available for young families to attend open swimming and open gym throughout the year.
- Children aged 13 and above have full access to our fitness center, pools, track, racquetball courts and group exercise classes.

The Weight Loss Challenge is for anyone

your body, loose weight and feel better
overall. You get six weeks of resources
to help you succeed.
Fitness Center
A Best of the East winner for years, our center features more than 200 pieces of cardio, free-weight and specialty equipment, including two weightlifting platforms. The indoor track is elevated above four basketball courts. All locker rooms have showers and easy access to the indoor pool.
Aquatics Center
The J’s comprehensive aquatics program operates in our 25-meter indoor pool and outdoor pool and spray ground. We offer a wide range of aquatics programs including swim lessons for all ages, Masters Swimming workouts, water aerobics, youth swim team training, and water safety certification.

Group Exercise
The J offers more than 40 exercise formats in our studios and pool with classes offered seven days a week. From Boxing Boot Camp and Cycle Spin to Low Impact Cardio and Weights to Barre and Yoga, you will always find a class that helps your mind and body. In addition to the more than 70 weekly in-person studio group exercise classes, members can access 2,000 recorded classes for an at-home workout on their schedule.
Pickleball
The indoor gymnasium has two basketball courts that can accommodate up to four pickleball courts during open gym. We also offer clinics, classes, leagues and private lessons.
Personal Training
The J’s team of Certified Personal Trainers has obtained nationally accredited certifications and degrees in the field of exercise science.
Courts & Indoor Track
If court sports is your game, The J is the place for you. Our four basketball courts in the gym are open seven days a week and can be used to practice various sports, including pickleball. We have two racquetball courts for single or double play, with one court that can be converted to a wallyball court during regularly scheduled.
Pilates
We offer a variety of training options from group mat classes in our yoga studio to private and small group Pilates reformer sessions held in two Pilates studios.
Recovery Zone
The Recovery Zone is a dedicated room with restorative equipment that supports physical and mental recovery.
