Welcome to Mandel JCC

The Ann Arbor Art Fair features nearly 1,000 artists, transforming Ann Arbor into an outdoor art gallery for the largest juried art fair in the nation. Participating artists specialize in painting, photography, ceramics, fiber, jewelry, sculpture, and more. Join us on an air-conditioned motor coach departing at 7:30 a.m., where you'll enjoy a light breakfast on the bus. We will return to The J at 7:00 p.m., having immersed ourselves in the artistic energy of the fair from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Refund requests made by phone or in writing at least 1 week before the start of the program, will receive a full refund of all fees.

This course will teach safe practices to protect yourself in dangerous situations and promote confidence in your abilities to defend yourself. The curriculum includes boxing and kickboxing techniques focusing on proper stance, striking and movement. This is a hands-on learning experience with partner drilling. The instructor has over 15 years of boxing and kickboxing training and in-ring experience. He has trained and trained with professional MMA fighters, boxers, kick boxers and UFC fighters.

Camp Wise is an overnight experience for kids in grades 2-12 in Chardon, Ohio. It's a place where every camper can be themselves, learn new things and be accepted.

A fun-filled overnight at Camp Wise for kids currently in grades 2, 3 and 4. Whether you're an existing camper or interested in experiencing a taste of camp, this weekend is guaranteed to be filled with friends, camp activities and Camp Wise-style Shabbat programming. Kids will stay in our Chalutzim village cabins and keep busy with the ropes course, arts and crafts, outdoor cooking, STEM-related activities and a spirit circle. Parent drop-off on Friday is at Camp Wise and the weekend will conclude with pick-up and Havdalah program at Mandel JCC's Beachwood Campus.

This is an introductory course for those who have not played or are new to pickleball to learn the basics.

A variety of speed workouts/hill workouts etc. Is for beginner runners looking to jump start their running this summer and looking for ways to begin with a group for fun and motivation or advanced runners looking for ways to get faster/in better shape as well as add variety to their workouts. It will include drills, warmups, a little core exercise to start, then the workout itself plus cooldown/stretching.

Celebrate Shabbat in nature at the Mandel JCC outdoor pool! Come for a Shabbat sing along, swimming and enjoy popsicles with your little ones. For families with children ages 0-8.
