I began my fitness adventure as an athlete, fascinated with improving performance and strength. As my career developed I notice those who needed the most help were individuals with special limitations or injuries. I find it very rewarding to help someone who thought they could not get into better shape or those who are afraid to get hurt discover what fitness holds for them.  
 
I have been a certified personal trainer for nearly two decades.  Since 1998 I have helped countless individuals make the most of their exercise programs. After discussing exercise history, limitations and thorough fitness assessment I can properly design a program based on your specific needs and goals. The majority of my programs revolve around the philosophy of improving mobility first, then focus on increasing an individuals static and dynamic stability the last thing an individual should focus on is strength. Poor mobility and balance can lead to aches, pains and dysfunction. The last thing you should is stack strength on top of this. I can lead to continued pain and potentially a greater injury. People should focus on moving well then moving often.
